One category per scheme shown to customers (Silver Scheme, Akshaya Bonus Scheme, …) — its name, description, Terms & Conditions and card art are shared by every amount tier underneath it.

The monthly amounts a customer can pick within each category (₹500/month, ₹1000/month, …). Changing a monthly amount affects future payments on existing plans. Deactivating hides a tier from new customers but keeps running plans.
